This. I enjoy listening to a broadcast where the announcers have a working knowledge of the history and the players within the program. Charles and Patrick both have been around the program for over 20 years. Even though Jim has been around longer, you get the impression that he barely cares about what happened yesterday, let alone 10-20 years ago.

Women's basketball might not have had that many scholarships in 1979. Or, she might have gone to French Settlement HS, but been from Maurepas (just throwing guesses out there)
