Video is from his freshman season, before he reclassified. His potential impact has been discussed plenty, just gotta let it play out.

Dude can run, we’ll grounded, great family, and very smart to boot. Plus signs all over. Just get it done.

To put into perspective Dylan Crews hit .314 in that league last summer
Pearson currently is hitting .329

We’ll have some serious thigh circumference with Crews, Dugas, and Pearson.

Hitting gets you on the field
Pearson could easily be in the lineup everyday very early.
I’d hate to be SEC pitchers this year. LSU is going to smash.. our pitching is the biggest question mark. We realistically could have a .285-.290 team BA next year

Gavin Dugas hit .330 with 28 stolen bases on that same team, at the same age. He was hitting near .400 before he was hit in the head and missed some games, then fell off.

I don’t see any impact until we get him to the plate with a bat!

He’s only going to play LF or DH in my opinion which will give him an opportunity to get at bats early.

He’s a freshman that could play early and not look back.

Hate we only got 2 years out of him at WM. Skipped a year and Covid took another. Such a good, humble kid. LSU fans will love him.

I’m thinking it will be a little higher than that. I’m gonna say .305
