Pretty good, other than the fact that he’s wrong about this being a one time thing. Could players in the future suit to come back? Sure, but that wouldn’t be THIS situation. Under the rules, these players rightly have a fifth year. Moving forward nobody else will have been denied their fifth year. Somebody from 2021 wants to try to come back, tough shite you’re five years expired and it’s against the rules. Somebody from 2023 wants to leave and come back, tough shite you knew the rules. So those people can try to come back, but it would be a completely different type of lawsuit because they’re actively going against the rules, unlike these kids. Those lawsuits wouldn’t have any traction and would be a much tougher sell.

That was my issue with his previous take, but at least he's being a bit more fair this time around.
