Yeah no one reached out in the way he is implying. Dude is delusional.
Sure. No schools at all reached out to a former 5* OT in the transfer portal. He's obviously lying.

Lawlessness and legal bribery. The only time the NCAA has ever been needed and they fold like a cheap umbrella.

They are fighting to the death in House v. NCAA. Spending multi-millions in legal fees to do so. But the major money making schools (like LSU) are getting sick of funding losing antitrust and FLSA litigation.

The NCAA is nothing more than a voluntary association of all its member schools. If it fails, another voluntary association of the elite athletic schools will emerge in its place. And another voluntary association will rise up to support the smaller schools and non-revenue sports...just like they used to.

The NCAA is also spending millions to lobby US Congress to pass a law exempting college athletes from federal labor laws, as well as an antitrust exemption like MLB has.

The statement that they are folding like a cheap umbrella is very ignorant. But your dumb arse doesn't even know these lawsuits and lobbying exist.

No but these kids want to be treated like they are in the NFL.

in the NFL, can a player just up and leave the team and sign a contract with another team?

Why is there no protection for the colleges when it comes to these kids? The colleges allocate time, resources, money, top of the line facilities and they have limited spots, meaning they can't just take every kid. But a kid is free to leave whenever they choose without penalty? This is completely 1 sided and your argument was already stupid as frick Grav

I’m thinking of telling my boss today I’m transferring if he doesn’t offer me more money. Will keep yall up to date how much he laughs at me.

Well yeah…this is exactly how the real world works if you are worth more to someone else than you are to your current job.

No. Sued for doing anything without legal protection. Say they rule that you can only pay x amount to a player. Someone if not many would sue over because it’s anti free market. They want protection before action.
