This is why there is ton of hearsay. No one
To object, no one to rule on objection. Also
Hearsay comes in many trials if bad lawyers.
Also many exceptions to hearsay rule.
Basically if the judge wants to hear it, it comes
in. Reversed on appeal years later, who cares...

I don't see any other reason for the DNA being taken.
If you had an LSU guy or another independent source or film showing/naming a JJ as the kicker, I don't think the police have to reach to DNA to support a case in a bar room fight.
I'm not a legal expert, but I think the fact the police even went the DNA route could point out how weak of a case they have to take to trial at this time.

I am ready for it to end and JJ be back on the team. This has gone too far. If he did kick this jackass then he has paid the price already. IMO. Alot of "fans" think his return will cause problems. But I think its a big boost. JJ has been through alot and deserves to be enjoying the current success with the rest of the team. I guarantee you that the players want him back on the team.
