yea im sure he's embarrassed that he hired the best coach on campus

I would suspect that Alleva is secretly hoping Wade is guilty of some FBI charge or at the very least provided enough cannon fodder for the NCAA to hammer Wade
Ah makes sense. The AD wants Wade to be found of wrong doing so LSU gets the death penalty. ??

The whole purpose of a suspension is to reveal what went on, whether it be good or bad. There is no egg on face situation, especially when Wade has dragged this thing out.
What planet are you people living on?

JA may leave at some point, but the current situation is not that crazy to consider.
Things happened that require an inside investigation. That investigation requires Wade's involvement. He chose to not be involved, so the investigation could not move forward.
Now, he has met, which is good, which means the investigation can now resume. It may require additional meetings and time, but at least it's now back on track.
the investigation may well result in no negative findings in which case the suspension is lifted and Wade returns to work (if he chooses to do so).
I don't think Wade will ever be in any legal trouble, nor do I think that was ever an option. That's why his refusal to meet "because he might be called to testify" was always bogus AF. It sure is starting to sound like he got bad legal advice. Nothing has changed yet his new attorney is willing to have him meet with LSU.

“ he hired”
You have to hurt your back with all the flip-flops you make.
Glad to see that you’ll come to your senses and agree that the hires made by by AD’s reflect on their job performance.

Lonnie, do you want Will Wade fired?

Unless you’re painting the floor, I never understood this saying.

It's downright fricking weird. It's like they WANT to be miserable.

My take is this. LSU, Alleva and Wade are all three bad guys in this scenario.
I don't see any way out of this without someone or all three getting damaged. Basically they’ve created a circular firing squad.

Yeah, impatience, wild speculation and wishing bad things to happen to the university are so much better.

A better analogy is that Alleva sawed the limb he is sitting on.

Alleva would get the axe (with cause=no buyout$) if LSU is hit with lack of institutional control. That’s what this is all about. Administration protecting their own asses. No more, no less.

So many long winded threads made by people that don’t even understand the basic facts of the situation.
