I hope he succeeds, but I disagree with your logic here. There are plenty of guys on NFL rosters who shouldn't be, because they aren't NFL material. Spots have to be filled, though, and there aren't enough worthy QB's to fill them all.

If a rookie QB who was undrafted and wasn't allowed to play in college makes a team on his first try I think I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

You never know with the Chargers (thinking of Drew Brees), but on all the other 31 teams, he will have done enough to earn that third roster spot. Great job Lee.

Do you not recognize how stupid this comment is. If a player is on an NFL roster, he is by definition NFL material. They don't just give those spots to people off the street.

This proves it. He's NFL material.

maybe not...but his performance so far has proven that he is a hell of a lot better than JJ. Of course, there were a lot of us that already knew this.......ahhhh...I'm going to miss the chart breakdown by a certain poster of JL's throws....(on the games said poster thought he could make JL look bad...lol).

Kurt Warner was not an NFL Quarterback until the starter was injured. Then he was an NFL Quarterback and became Super Bowl winning Quarterback.
