the sec is not where near as dominant as it once was..

college football overall is becoming mediocre (i still love it!!) but there are more equal teams with less dominant teams

The decline of the SEC has to do with the Saban effect. There is only so long where you can have one school take their pick of recruits in each state (with some exceptions, thank god Fournette) before it has an impact on the programs.

Maybe its not a decline but teams are evening out aside from bama because they are the best coached

My point is Miles WAS a top coach. I don't care about what he has done. It's what have you done for me lately. If I stopped producing at my job I would expect to get fired. My employee wouldn't care about how good I was in the past.
