It is laughable how much they change there top fives at each position...the season is over and you know Kiper isn't studying film. Going into the combine Mel had JF at number #1, after the combine Bortles. Now after UL's pro day, Terry Bridgewater...its a joke.

Yes, everything is due to Hill's character concerns. That's why other analysts who haven't been proven to be on agents payroll have him ranked in the top 5, but the one who has taken money from agents to rank players certain way doesn't.

my rule of thumb: dont trust an analyst/elevator of a game that he/she cant play themselves. Dude is a hack.
he also has relationships with many agents. Maybe Hill's agent isnt in Kiper's pocket.
