Im sure thats the case....ive never heard of probation that allows your to go to bars
I can see this being a problem even if battery charges are dropped

There you go boys. Hillar knows the facts behind the fight. He knows there is no way in hell he gets a conviction. Charges will be dropped.
Roger, thanks for posting that. I hadn't seen it before you that.

I'm not reading all the back pages...Did the guy go to hospital?
It's not a felony....if police thought it was serious enough they would have held him with no bond until judge read the affidavit from police

Another omniscient absolutist. If there were a bcs poll for that, we would be the greatest dynasty ever

That is if the DA will even take it to the Grand Jury. This thing is over.

As I said before, with a high profile athlete and charges posted on ESPN.com and the Washington Post, it will not be easily overlooked, even if charges are dropped. He'll be on a very short leash.

I seriously doubt it. Hillar doesn't need to do that. Further, he knows even if he wanted too there is no way to get a conviction. Why would he waste the time and money to go through the motions. Thats not in Hillar's DNA
To me HM has already tipped his hand. Charges will be dropped in about a month.

Gee. Our star players have a weird habit of doing this. Must be a strange coincidence.
