Why do blacks get a pass to commit felonies if someone is racist. Are you implying that their minds are so feeble that they aren't expected to control themselves??? Pick a standard and go with it.

I stand corrected...hill was arrested on 1/11 and was not given probation then...anyone know when he actually pled guilty? One more thing about probation... he may have a stipulation in his probation to keep out of bars and such...that is a common rule in most probation cases.

I've never heard of a probation that didn't stipulate you stay away from bars and alcohol.

First, it's simple battery.
Second, What I'm saying is this is a hotbed issue in our country. It evokes strong feelings and the judicial system tends to reflect that.
