Man whatever. Way I understand his first thing wasn't even that bad. He was like 18 getting a BJ from a fifteen-year-old. That's a dumbass law anyway. I knew someone who got in trouble for having sex with a girl 17 and he was 18. How fricking stupid is that? One year difference? Seriously? It's not like he tagged a girl 10 years younger than him.

Anyways, I have no idea what this charge is about but if he's on probation already, he gone. Most likely.

I suspect he'll get suspended minimum by Miles. Assuming all this is true and it's bad enough...

They are here for free playing football.

Most would think staying out of trouble with law isn't too muck to ask.
But don't let this sanctimonious prick hold you up.

Hopefully...

One player isn't worth the coaching staff having to constantly answer questions. If he can't keep his name out of the papers from here on out, I wouldn't blame the staff for cutting him loose.

No matter what happens here, it isn't going to do him in but certainly will put a bigass spotlight on him.

He deserved it IMO for dropping the N bomb.
I don't get that...A guy deserves to be beat senseless for dropping the "n" bomb? I just don't get that....we all say it. I call my workers, friends even brother that all the time..
Instigating a fight and getting your arse kicked is one thing, using that as an excuse is another...

Saying racial slurs to someone isn't instigating a fight? What world do you live in?

Well, this is my personal experience. I've been in bars with LSU players before. I love the guys and would never start shite with them but a lot of those guys do have an attitude as if they own LSU's campus/BR. I mean, shite, everyone treats them like a god. We take care of our own but that's still no excuse for going around acting like a thug. Some guys go to bars on the team and keep their nose clean. Did you ever hear Patrick Peterson doing stupid shite while he was on campus? No. He stayed clean and still is today. Some even say he will be TM7's mentor.

And PP7 was definitely treated like a legend on campus...

This isn't exactly relevant to what happened to Hill just thought I'd throw that in there...

This. I'm a HUGE Hill fan but these guys are given a free education and a gateway to the NFL so the least they can do is keep their asses out of fricking trouble with the BRPD.

First he probably got the misdemeanor version of carnal knowledge and should be off probation . It depends on when he pled .

Second what did they charge him with. Usually simple battery is a ticket unless its domestic violence. But the reports say he was arrested could it be 2nd degree battery a felony?
That would put him off the team.

It appears that it was simple battery. His bail was $500.

Are you kidding me? Go around spouting off racial slurs to a complete stranger and see if you don't visit the bedside often in the hospital.

You call your family those words because you know them. It's not the same thing as going to a bar and calling some complete stranger the n-word. Use your common sense. Yes, you deserve to get your shite kicked in if you're instigating a fight through racial slurs with animosity behind it.

No but I doubt beating someone senseless will be justified by it either.

Again if it were a second degree battery or any kind of felony assault he would have been held in jail with no bond until a judge read the affidavit from the BRPD and THEN he would have a bond set....this was not he case
