The reason we keep having problems like this is the kids do not fear Miles or believe there will be consequences.

Plain and simple. They've seen others get away with any and everything with no repercussions.

Miles apparently feels the same way or he would do something about it.

Are you that naive, or just that dumb?

You sound like some of the guys at the suppers we cook.
They hear others say that shite and jump on the bandwagon..
Unless you have inside info which you don't, then stop assuming you know the ends and outs of LSU football and Coach Miles...

Jeremy Hill arrested for battery I'm not sure what to do.
I don't think blaming CLM for Hill's thuggery, even if it was provoked by a low-life individual, is the direction to move in. However, that being said, LSU does not have a corner on the NCAA thuggery market.

IMO, it's rampant across college football. One possible solution might be for all Div 1 NCAA football conferences/NCAA as a whole to establish and enforce a "zero tolerance" policy where any such behavior is concerned. One strike and you're out. It'll hurt and we'll all want exceptions. But football players must amend their behaviors. And they must see and understand that their bar fights, burglaries, rapes, drug and alcohol abuse, and other gross actions and misbehaviors will lead to an immediate, permanent and total denial of their privilege of playing college football anywhere in the NCAA.

Does anyone here know Hill well enough to tell us how he conducts himself on weekends, at bars etc?
Is the fight out of character?

I love Louisiana State University and I love LSU football...have my whole life. I tell you though, the repeated shite over the last few years, including but not limited to, JJs arrest, the BCS debacle, TM7 getting kicked off and now this makes it really hard to stay interested. Life would be less stressful for sure.

It's time we fired Miles

Wow I hate fans like you.

He's not a LSU fan.

He's a scumbag troll.

No fan wants his coach fired due to a few misdemeanor charges against a 100 member roster over a two to three year period.

Not going to happen. There's entirely too much money involved with college sports and the NCAA won't risk putting out a bad product. And, this rule would have to be effective to all student athletes, not just football....no way that happens.

My thoughts exactly. It's not like anyone is forcing these guys to follow or support LSU football.
