Jennings will only get better

I'll admit that some of his decision making was sketchy. But, he did make some heads up plays (pass to Neighbors right at the LOS).
A full off-season with Cam and B Harris pushing for QB1 will give us a very bright future imo.

True. That being said, Cam has his work cut out for him...Need multiple guys game-ready. Mett was such a luxury, but he hindered development of others, cause he was so good.....Looks like competition is wide open....

He won't start another game for LSU. He was really bad. Actually made me miss JJ. Dude had a pocket. And don't give me this was his first start. He has been taking plenty of reps. I have seen enough. Look forward to the QB competition in the spring. Going to be wide open.

I think the QB position will be bright for LSU, just not sure who will be the guy going forward.
I'm not 100% sure Jennings will be the guy at the end of next year, may be Harris or Rettig. I'm sure he'll bet better but his pocket presences, or lack of it shocked me. I heard that was his strength.

What expectations? People have low expectations for next year. Most understand it's a true rebuilding year.

Ill probably rewatch the game this weekend. I agree that he holds on to the ball a bit too long. But, its also possible that Iowa was having coverage sacks.

I think if he's the guy next year, you'll see a different kind of offense built around his strengths. I think he'll face some tough competition for the starting job though.

I do think he'll improve but there definitely needs to be an open competition for the QB position during the spring.
Not that it will matter, it seems like Miles has some affinity for mobile QB's.

I'll bet your wrong. He'll probably go into next season as the starter. Not sure how it finishes out though.
