I'd rather focus on Miles and Crowton. They're the ones who should be taking the heat for our QB problems. I'd leave Jefferson alone and go straight for our coaches with pen, paper and questions in hand.

+1

The coaches inability to develop a QB should be what is in question. If not, then we should be questioning the coaches ability to judge talent.

I'm done with excuses...the kid doesn't have it. These coaches....don't have it.

This staff bought 2 years on the "Well we had to kick Perrilloux off the team" argument. Well, he would've graduated by now. And lo-and-behold, we don't have a QB who can hack it. To a degree, this is Lester and Wiz's fault.

Unbelievable that JJ can't make the throws though. This is no one entity's fault. It's a combination of JJ's ineptitude and two coaches' inability to agree on an offensive philosophy.

frick, Texas found a way to make it work with an athletic QB. That was Vince Young. And they ran a ton of Zone Read and shortened VY's progression. Just some food for thought...

I am not actually down on JJ. I think he has tried his best but he is just not progressing any, he is digressing.

The main fault here is now clearly on Miles for not facing up to the fact and making a change.

Miles needs to ste up now and earn his salary by making a change to our only viable option - JL.

JL needs to start against Tenn and hopefully he will have some chance to be ready for FLA's very, very good defense.

What coach with the 113th ranked offense would not have played his capable back-up more than 2 series after 4 games...this is the most confounding aspect of the whole controversy...

Classic Aaron Brooks thought process there. My question is, who on the staff is Jim Hasslett?

I can hardly look at the kid b/c he exudes negativity.

Yep.

He appears to be a poor leader and I would not be surprised if his negativity and sour attitude starts to poison the rest of the offense. I hope the defense will be immune to it. If things keep up like this the D will be worn out in a few weeks.

Started to see him make that pinched up "WTF was that about?" face after every series again. It was practically constant last year.

And I loathed it last year as well. I don't see how anybody could be a fan of this kid. It's one thing for your play to suck, but when your attitude sucks, you can carry your arse to the fricking bench. Quit pointing fingers Jefferson. You fricking suck. Own it.

It's like dealing with the neighbor, and their spoiled kid. When they visit, he's terrible, and everyone can see it.

But the kid has no idea how bad he is, because his parents constantly tell him how wonderful he is, and how he can do anything he sets his mind to. He goes through life believing it, until he moves out. Then he's a failure, and can't understand why.

I believe the correct word here should be "regressing"

No kidding.. Can we trade JJ for Harris at Miami... He took blame for the 4 picks against OSU when his WR caused 3 of them..

We might be #1 if we had Harris

a sum he hasn't come close to earning lately while teachers and programs are being cut at LSU (Yeah I know the athletics pay for themselves).

I sure am happy about our Defense and Special Teams though... Playing like champions!

While I'm HIGHLY disappointed w/ our Offense.....isn't Miles responsible for our D and Special Teams as well?

Can we trade Les for Mack Brown.

At least Mack had the balls to shoulder the load when his team underperformed.
