There is nothing to celebrate except justice being done. Even then it’s bitter. Good people don’t want to kill, but sometimes people need killing.

I’m not a huge vance fan but if he doesn’t want to watch that’s his choice. I don’t think it needs to be a big story of him not wanting to. I will probably watch though

I understand not wanting to watch someone be shot dead. I probably won't watch it either. But in Vance's case, he is a heartbeat away from the Oval Office and potentially having to make those decisions himself. POTUS should certainly watch it and I suspect he will. VPOTUS should probably watch it too. Just my opinion.

Frankly, we need more firing squads in the US, the lethal injection keeps failing!

We'll make a determination, but he WILL be killed through firing squad. He killed 13, 14 people!"

"He's TOTALLY NUTS. I really don't care HOW he goes, as long as he goes."

Pete Hegseth wants it public, JD Vance said today he won't watch

Regardless, IT IS HAPPENING.

whether or not the benefits outweigh showing this to a bunch of people who aren't used to seeing it. Is that really good for them, or us?

I may be wrong. I accept any correction with gratitude.
But isn't it an American Tradition to publicly execute terrorists?
It's been so long since anybody was hung for treason that I can't remember. So I can't say if it's tradition for that to be a public execution as well.

As for the debate on whether it's good for them or us, traditions. American traditions. In my mind, they need to be upheld.

In my mind, live streaming is the way. The news outlets cannot be trusted.
And this is a military execution. Examples should be made.

I'm not bashing on Vance, but I feel like it's his duty to the office he holds, to watch this. It's his duty to our armed forces that may have to follow under him, as the next in line if anything should happen to the president.

Very slim chance this will be live streamed. I don't blame Vance for not wanting to watch, there's very little redeemable value in watching someone strapped to a backboard being shot multiple times. Hegseth is one those dickheads that would have a Company charge a fortified position then hold a pep rally in the hospital with surviving wounded.

shite if I was VP I’d ask to join the firing squad

Hell I’d ask to give me a pistol let me do it by myself close range to the head

But I’m kind of fricked up
