I don't think they showed this on TV at all but the play clock hadn't started.
The refs let Bama set up with 12 in formation then waited for the 12th to run off for the ready to play signal.

120 IQ play is snap the ball and get the free play.
200 IQ play is don't rush the snap and risk tipping your hand or the REC making a bad call.
