Uh, you forget about the 1,000 rushing yards? That's pretty important.

Daniels beats him before you even include rushing stats

This isn’t even a contest

Biggest difference is Nix has about 15-20% completions for about the same yds. He is playing “possession” offense which there is nothing wrong with that but it is not the product JD is putting on the field.

We should also mention the rushing stats.

Oregon has played 3 ranked opponents at the time they played.

Colorado is one with a losing record and Utah is the other. Utah is 7-4. Competition is not comparable

Right. JD is leading the nation in ypc with an 8.2 average and has over 1000 yards and 10 TDs on those rushes. Nix has just over 100 yards rushing on 3.1 ypc. Nix is having an awesome year, but JD is having an astonishing year.

JD5 has better passing stats than Bo Nix, and then you add the +1,000 yards rushing on the season.

This isn't even a contest.

Total yards:

Daniels: 4,591
Nix: 3,667

It’s a blowout

You left off rushing

Daniels:
1,014 yards on 124 carries for 8.2 YPC and 10 TDs

Nix:
128 yards on 41 carries for 3.1 YPC and 5 TDs

Adding that to total offense puts JD in the 400+ ypg level which crushes the competition. I believe he is over Burrow’s mark right now.

After this week Oregon will have played 1 ranked team on their entire schedule and lost to that 1 team. (Utah lost and should drop out).

JD puts the team on his back. He should win it easily.

You’re telling me he leads in most passing categories but ALSO has a bonus 1,000 yards on the ground??
