Kind of odd for Bilas because he was being a pretty big bitch boy and yelling about LSU needing to suspend Will Wade. Someone probably pointed out the Bill Self, Roy Williams, etc hypocrisy.

Yeah maybe so. I was surprised too, but these guys are ex players and they know how long this stuff has been going on. It’s too wide spread for the Ncaa to control. The faux outrage argument of “integrity” by Williams and Vitale is ridiculous.

I was just happy to see a talking head sit Williams back in his seat and say basically what you’re saying. The players and the fans have moved on, and hearing Williams,Vitale , and anyone else pumping this shite every chance they get is falling on deaf ears .

I hear ya. But the unfortunately reality is that these guys influence public opinion.
While public opinion is not the most important thing, it is not irrelevant. It can influence important things like recruiting, fundraising, etc.
You are right that you can't let their crap get you down. But I do think it is good to give some push back, which a lot of Tiger fans have done with social media.

Yeah, Bilas definitely had a change of stance right there possibly due to how Vitale is getting hammered (and realizing that LSU fans have a point about Zion going to Duke and how there is a 99.9% chance that he and his family were hooked up based on the wiretap of the Kansas assistant).
