Jay has led his teams to the CWS on 4 occasions. He’s reached the final in 3 of those seasons and won the title in 2. He knows what the frick he’s doing.

I’ve definitely been critical of him and at times wished for Vitello, but you can’t argue with this statement now. Especially when you factor in him taking Arizona as well.

2 Championships in 3 years while playing in the toughest conference is quite impressive. I trust he gets a nice bonus and/or raise, Coach JJ is now an LSU legend!

I totally agree. Thought so when they were looking for a new coach after Manieri shut it down and got downvoted the hell out of on here.
