Coaching decisions should be acknowledged. Pinch running forcing the defensive substitute, bunting Dardar and Brown. Hindsight but none of it made sense at the time either.

That’s why when I see going to UCLA I know the bruins are thinking Hell no! Could be easy could be a dog fight. Depends on which lsu decides to show up.

I agreed with the pinch running decision. Also the players need to lay the damn bunt down. It’s no excuse with striking out with 2 strikes either.

Glad he said it. They need to hear it.

The GOAT said it best…..

“it's not your fault. It's all my fault. I never should've recruited you".

Lame excuse he was nowhere near the bag

What possesses someone to want to
sound like a clueless idiot? “He was nowhere near the bag”? He unequivocally stood on the bag, he just got off of it too quickly. So freaking stupid.

Full length interview.

And the only thing more annoying than the blower running in the background is the Tiger's play.

UCLA’s small ball would SMOKE this team with our pathetic infield play. They could easily put up 10+ runs just bunting with every hitter.

I disagreed with bunt with those 2 guys specifically. Bunt was right call with the right guys up there. Agreed they should be able to get it down but damn, those two had a better shot of sac fly

I think he was at the bag in plenty of time. He just rushed it.

The angle to the bag was unfamiliar, since he was playing directly behind it. He was never comfortable & his body alignment showed that.

That’s a lot to ask for a guy that hasn’t played much, and was just inserted into the game. It’s anything but a routine turn.

You have no clue what you are talking about, as usual.

Oh I agree 100% I would not call a bunt in that specific situation. I didn’t like it, but it’s not the reason we didn’t score. I was just referring to people making excuses as to why that’s why the strike outs occurred. It’s not. You lay down a decent bunt and we score anyway. And then when you don’t accomplish that you still have two strikes and have to put the ball in play. Just really poor execution.
