But seriously, he was an excellent recruiter, and he probably got more hell than he deserved. It was just a question of nepotism when you have the largest budget in college baseball and hire a coach with the pedigree Javi had
The lack of discipline at the plate made my stomach queezy.
I felt my blood pressure rise every time we tried playing from behind.

See ya Javi! Thanks for your efforts, and best of luck in your future life.
That's all I'm going to say on this subject. I'm hoping Mainieri will get a really good replacement.

Reminds me of everyone LOSING THEIR shite when we decided to not hire Kevin Mawae as our new OL coach.

there's more to it than you personally being a good hitter

HECK YEA, BLAKE DEAN DESERVES A SHOT! HE HELPED THEM 2 YEARS AGO. THE PROOFS IN THE PUDDING.

Yeah it's a start, but you don't start that high up in a position when you've never coached.

OP at 3:30, 12 pages when I started this post @ 4:29. WOW, but my question is this, now who do we fire?

Just seeing this. Now who are we going to blame?

It'll be just like the Miles/Crowton thing. We replaced Crowton with a capable OC, so whenever something goes wrong with the offense it's Miles' fault, but whenever the offense clicks, Cameron is a god. We can already see this with PM/Dunn at times.

I love LSU but I really hope LSU hits .240 next season.
