You’re so ignorant it’s laughable. He’s on blaze because they don’t censor him, he has no political affiliation, that’s already been debunked with multiple examples. His show is religious and sports based and if you’d know anything besides what social media commands you to think you’d know he’s also started The Undefeated, an all black, all liberal journalist cite originally connected to ESPN among other things he’s done. You don’t have a clue what you’re talking about and know nothing about the subject outside of the article that came out yesterday. You’re a simpleton and a moron.

Your definition of Jason as a freethinker is a crock of shite. He works for the fricking Blaze, a notorious conservative site.
He wrote the article because he audience the opinion, not because he's some freethinker. He's a piece of shite journalist with 0 integrity.
He only joined Blaze a year ago.
If all he cared about was giving opinions his audience loved, he'd still be at ESPN or FOX, race baiting with Ryan Clark or Shannon Sharpe.
I can't believe some of you guys really think Whitlock is suddenly different than he's always been. And he did it on purpose for less money and less exposure.

Burrow seemed to be 100% football at all times in college to make his dream come true. And his dream was winning a college football national championship (he said that numerous times). He was hyper-focused.
He did seem to get slightly off track with the image stuff last year (new teeth, the goofy clothes,
a few political moments, etc.). But it wasn't like the guy was making daily twitter, facebook and instagram posts. And he took the worst team to 2nd best and was within 4 points of winning the Super Bowl in just his 2nd year just following a major surgery. That was a phenomenal accomplishment. Burrow is a great football player. He only had the bad game against Pittsburgh and the dude had surgery for his appendix right before the season and had to go weeks without throwing/practicing (and had said before the season started that his velocity was not back to normal yet following the surgery).
They are only two games into the season. If they get to game 5 or 6 and he is struggling, then I'd say you can question if there is an issue even remotely comparable to Kaepernick

The guy has no shortage of terrible takes.
He’s one of the few honest media folks that tells it like it is. He’s also pretty honest on racial issues. He’s not some race baiting troll. You can’t expect to agree with every single thing people say but Whitlock is the anti Stephen A Smith. Not sure if that means anything to y’all but he’s a pretty fair guy.

They weren't as liberal as you think when Jason ran it. It was well known that he had conservative views then. Nice try.

One thing you liberals hate is a black man thinking on his own.

Then why did he talk about the Athens, OH water issues during his Heisman speech?

I agree, blacks voting 95% lockstep to a party that consistently lets them down and lies to them is wrong. White liberals own the black population, just like slavery, it's sad. And they always will.

Yeah! He's thinking on his own if he's one of us!

You're right.
But also white conservatives not actually giving a shite about blacks except as a statistic is a problem as well.

That's also the problem with both sides of the political aisle. It's only a problem if someone else says something that goes against your world view.
If Burrow was out here saying he wasn't vaxxed and railed on the government for high gas prices, this thread would be a Texas A&M sized circle jerk about how awesome Burrow is. There would be nobody questioning if his mind is on football and everyone would be blaming the Bengals offensive issues on the O-line (which is the problem, not Burrow).

Whitlock doesn't even vote, by his own admission.
Guys like Bill Maher and Jimmy Dore have no problem speaking to and with Republicans in various settings. We calling them conservative now, too?

100% agree. It's all frick you if you aren't with me crap. The politicians on both sides have done a great job of dividing us.

He has donated to a bunch of conservative politicians in the past. He is conservative, that's a fact, and there is obviously nothing wrong with that.
What's wrong here is using his platform as a conservative to blame liberalism as the reason Burrow is struggling.
It's not that deep.

We celebrated criminal justice reform, proper HBCU funding, low AA unemployment, highest home ownership, highest wage increase in history, and first time AA lifespan went up in decades. Things white liberals promised but never did
