You know, Arkansas was pretty confident that they were "much better than when the played Bama". Of course they showed improvement against the same teams that Georgia has shown improvement against.

Had Arkansas really improved that much, or did their schedule finally run out of luck? Hey Dawgs, you can't duck the big boys from the West any longer. We all know that if you had to actually play any of the better teams from the West during the regular season then LSU would be facing the Gamecocks this Saturday.

This is good, because there is no way now that LSU will not be focused. Thanks Georgia.

I do have problems with the Georgia fans who try and use the West Virginia game as the most significant reference point for our pass defense.

They might want to refer to Arkansas final offensive statistics from last week compared to their season averages. I've seen plenty of Dawg fans poking fun at Arky's defense, but they'd have to be complete morons to not recognize the Hogs' legit passing attack. I did see one idiot claiming UGA's receivers are better. That was pretty funny!

So, using the combination of the Oregon, WVU and Arky games, the LSU defense is good enough and smart enough to shut you down with straight up pressure and overwhelming force, or by bend, not break. Either way, you won't score your average, you won't hold the ball, you won't win the field position war, and at the end of the day, you just won't win. Home, away, or neutral.
