Didn't Vick used to get in trouble/ throw picks from throwing off his back foot. Romo throws a lot falling down or with an actual hop back. I am pretty sure that the games I saw I didn't notice Vick throwing off his back foot, but I think Romo has actually been worse because for some reason he never wants to scramble to buy time.

So if Vick could not run, would he still be an NFL QB right now?

I can guarantee you that according to your line of thinking I could argue that we would have had 11 losses without Jefferson.

It's not a comparison of greatness!

It's a comparison of mechanics.

I don't remember JJ bailing Lee out of any losses.

He's had ample shots. He's not that good.

Lee bailed Jefferson out of one loss... He wasn't making saves left and right like Jesus last season.

Do we win against Tennessee without Jefferson? No.

Do we win against Alabama without Jefferson? No.

And, after these two and the Florida game, this discussion is pointless because Lee didn't do much of anything.

So then what exactly would a coach fix if J Lee has the mechanics of a Brett Favre?

Did someone seriously make this comparison?

Just because Favre can get away with it and Lee can't doesn't make it good mechanics.

Don't take it out of context...we're not putting JLee in the same category as Favre...we're discussing the similarities in their mechanics.

Cam could have the worst QB mechanics ever but it wouldn't matter as much because he can also run faster than most and he's huge.

Come on now you don't think Aub would have went undefeated last year without the threat of a pass do you.....also you don't think a quarterback that couldn't pass would get drafted #1 overall do you?????

And Lee didn't do anything of note in the nine other games. So, by your logic, without Jefferson, we lose 11 games.

Hell, I'll even be giving and throw in McNeese where they both played like absolute crap. So that's ten games we lose without Jefferson.

Because he wasn't given a shot dumbass.

We do not lose 11 games with JL at QB for the whole game.
