Who would have thought Christian Ponder would have been at least decent as a starting QB in the NFL?
What people on here fail to realize is that NFL scouts and GMs care more about how your perform in the combine and in drills more so that what you did in college.
They are looking for certain physical characteristics.

I'm saying nfl executives will do thorough background checks. Him being in poor shape and having issues attending class won't help opinions of his work ethic, if they are true.
Bama game showed him making the same mistakes he has for years, getting baited into throwing balls he shouldn't etc. he also had a few poor decisions this year that were thankfully dropped.
For JJ he can't read a D, and never could throw people open.
