How bout Jared Mitchell period? Doesn't matter righty or lefty. Dude is a K machine. You would think someone with his speed would be able to bunt a little bit. I don't know just get the ball on the ground and run like hell.

Franques said he was hitting .268 going into the game against LHP, although my guess is that is inflated by pre-SEC numbers significantly.

It must be a very difficult decision for major league brass to use a high or very high draft choice on a potential platoon player.
I'm thinking someone is willing to take the chance they can figure it out, but right now, they have little to work with based on past performance.
