If he doesn't play this season you can remove the GOAT status.

I hope he does. I'm just not willing to call a WR who didn't complete his time here the best ever. Same goes for Mathieu. He was awesome to watch. I'm glad he turned his career around, but he doesn't deserve to be placed above others who completed their time.

What do you call completed their time? Players like him will not stay 4 years

Does that include juniors/redshirt sophomores who enter the draft?

Would you call PP7 the best ever or does your rule only apply to WRs? Is a player being the best ever contingent upon finishing his eligibility at LSU? This would eliminate guys like Faneca and Josh Reed as well.

He is incredible.

So good at getting separation, going up and high pointing a football and I think He’s underrated with the ball in his hands.

Chase has already accomplished more than alot of other receivers in LSU history

Players back then didn't have these choices faced ahead of them, some may have said frick it and left

Whatever he chooses, I'm glad he did his part in getting us that title

So then Burrow isn’t the GOAT?

That was mostly against the #16 pick of the NFL draft, a junior that ran a 4.37 at the combine, that will be starting on Sundays as a rookie.

An NFL CB who’s being talked up for shutting Julio down in camp.

Also the GOAT CB can’t even cover him based on the clips we’ve seen from practice.

Not taking anything away from Chase because he is damn good but he had the GOAT named Burrow throwing to him. How good would Chase be if he had Jefferson or Harris throwing to him with Miles calling the plays? Others deserving credit of LSU’s all time best WR would be Josh Reed, Jarvis Landry, Eric Martin and Andy Hamilton. And I did leave Odell out!!

Did PP7, Faneca, or Reed sit out an entire season before they were draft eligible?

Didn't know I had to spell every single detail out for some of you, but apparently I did.

WTF? Burrow didn't have another single day of eligibility left.

Hope he stays and plays, but I've lost count of the number of Jamarr threads whacked today. That leads me to believe he's probably played his last down at LSU. The GOAT WR, no.
