Big difference between "no charges have been filed" as opposed to "no charges will be filed". I'm sure the DA is interviewing these "new" witnesses to see where they go from here.
As it stands, it's a he-said she-said kind of ordeal. What is strange though is how BRPD didn't interview these people prior to.

In the previous page I reposted the release from Mills' attorney. There no link but the first guy that posted it said it was from a twitter account.

Jalen kept dodging the police. He did not report to them by the deadline to give his side of the story.
The police only had the woman's story and they proceeded on that information, which was only the "she-said" side of the situation.

Becoming very obvious that BRPD did its usual stellar Amerikan po po job... arresting a guy who would promote a few headlines, without any real evidence mostly because he knew he was innocent and didn't bow down to their demands to come in and confess to the crime... which is essentially what a "questioning" is about... Watch... He'll walk free. Of course this is the opposite of the JJ arrest, where he was guilty and managed to wiggle free... thus eventually winning the first Alabama game and well... you know the rest.
