quote:

Pearson is a career .230 hitter in SEC play

What is he HITTING THIS SEASON AGAINST LEFTIES ALL SEASON?

YOU HAVE BEVER STATED WHAT BROWN HAS DONE AGAINST LEFTIES ALL SEASON. What is BROWN HITTING THIS SEASON VERSUS LEFTIES?

What is PEARSON HTTING THIS SEASON VERSUS LEFTIES?

I don’t need to know any more than that.

Prove why Brown is a better choice you dumb fricking BOT.

quote:

the 3 thru 5 spots
that’s a lie. Maybe 5 but not 3-5 how about posting the actual spots in each. It is STILL IRRELEVANT

quote:

Pearson started 21 SEC games
that’s irrelevant with how Johnson subs. Try again moron.

quote:

Brown started 16 and was responsible for 23 rbis and 5 in one SEC game which is almost as many as Pearson has generated in the entire SEC season.

Off of what pitching? What’s his splits? He is hitting almost or over .400 versus righties and <.200 versus lefties.

He has a LOWER OPS THAN PEARSON. Lower OBP - WHICH IS A HUGE PART OF THE DAMN GAME.

quote:

Obviously facts are difficult for you to comprehend so I will break it down for you.

State what Browns splits are. You have not stated shite
quote:

Batting .230 for 4 years in SEC play
irrelevant. What is the team average? What is he hitting versus RHP? WHO ARE YOU TAKING OUT OF RHE LINE-UP FOR BROWN TO K AGAINST LHP? It isn’t Pearson as he is probably top 4-5 on the roster versus LHP.

quote:

7 rbis
runs scored to give your teammates opportunities? Where are ALL THE frickING NUMBERS. Are you a fricking idiot? You think you can pick and choose 1 stat to make your point in this game? You fricking haven’t a clue about the game if you can’t see the wide open swing Brown has against LHP. Again you’re smarter than Johnson.

quote:

Hope that wasn't too in depth for you to understand...now why don't you STFU!

You just repeated your shitty 7 RBIs bull shite and not answer a fricking question. You know why? YOU HAVR NO frickING ARGUMENT DUMBASS.

If you post Brown whiffing at that LHP 3/4 arm slot, that would be awesome.
I’ve seen enough of it this season. You know what you have to hit to have those splits? Lol

If all 23 of Brown’s RBIs are against RHP and all 7 of Pearson’s are against LHP, then it makes perfect sense for Pearson to play against LHP. It’s probably not that extreme, but you quoting their totals tells us nothing about their relative performance against LHP. Pearson being poor offensively overall doesn’t mean he’s poor against LHP. Even if he is, he could still be better than Brown against LHP. Driving in runs isn’t the only metric that matters. Getting on base and scoring runs is important too. You just don’t have the right data available to prove your point. Others have shown how bad Brown has hit against LHP.

Pearson is a career. 230 hitter in 4 years of SEC play that is the definition of a poor hitter or are you going to argue that a .230
career SEC average is a good hitter. Pearson has 1 hit with runners in scoring position the entire SEC season that is the exact opposite of clutch! A big part of being a 3rd -5th place hitter is driving in runs. Pearson has batted almost exclusively in the 3rd -5th hole and driven in only 7 runs in SEC play again not good!

Ok bitch so Pearson has more than 7 rbis in SEC play no he does not. Pearson has more than 1 hit with runners in scoring position in SEC play no he does not. Those little man are facts and just because you don't like facts doesn't change that....boy!

I’m not arguing that. I’m arguing that he’s not as bad a hitter against LHP as Brown is. Your continuing to quote combined stats against RHP and LHP tells us nothing about how they hit against LHP only.

How many RBIs does Brown have against LHP pitching in SEC play? How many hits with RISP does he have against LHP pitching? How many runs has each player scored against LHP?
