It's a shame he was injured last season. Would easily be our Friday night starter if he didn't get injured.

I mean I have no idea what his stamina is like, but his stuff is very obviously Friday night stuff. It is more electric than Cole Henry by a decent amount.

The 3 man rotation is championship level. Hill needs to be in the pen as a closer. He can affect twice as many games that way. If not more.

I think the goal was to bring him along slowly since he was injured last year. However having this kind of arm in the pen is never a bad thing.

Agree and I have no idea what the stuff would look like as a starter. Drastically different knowing you're coming in for 2 innings as opposed to 7.


But the stuff out of the pen is probably close to big league ready right now.
