We will play IMO.

I wouldn't mind a Sunday kickoff with labor day following
Posted on 8/29/12 at 11:49 pm to LSUBaseballGod82
Were there even any damages?
Posted on 8/29/12 at 11:49 pm to Tiger Authority
I was skeptical, but it doesn't seem BR was hit as hard as expected.

I see small branches down and water in the ditches. What is everyone else around BR seeing as far as damages?

Hell yeah.

Yeah thus far it wasn't bad. Power still out though.

Not too bad for BR. I'm in garden district and other than electricity being out everything is ok. No damage.

I think the right thing to do is to not play. Everyone is focusing on BR here, but the entire southern part of the state has been affected.

Nah the right thing to do is play.

Herb Vincent said they'll do everything they can to play Saturday, and if they can, they will. too much BCS implications, 12-0 is bigger than 11-0.
no similar open dates, it'll be played this weekend, Baton Rouge did not get hit hard.
Time to put on chin straps and play football!
