Yes I'm serious.

The only person who needs to care about his mouth garbage is him.

Except his "rant" to Miles last year and his lies about the bar fight were picked up by the national media.

Ok I'll give you those two. But I see nothing wrong with this article.

He needs to keep his emotions out of reporting. This is the third time in a year he's done this.

I think it's a great letter, actually. I think it fairly well sums everything up.

That said, it is a little akward/wierd/inappropriate that it's coming from him.

I can't comment on his history, but nothing in what he wrote that I thought was really out of line.

I see nothing wrong with his letter to LSU except that it is not 93K LSU fans buying tickets. No one ever accounts for the opposing team's tickets, and their fans would like to think that the LSU program is falling apart.

That being said, I am an LSU graduate, proud of MY university, proud of MY team and don't enjoy the negative press. We don't need to be compared to The U or any of the other thug teams.

I really don't think his emotions controlled this though. Just telling the players to think a little more. It seemed level-headed overall.

I agree, i thought it was a good article and nothing out of line. Idk about the other reporting he's done, but that article was pretty representative of most of the lsu fans i know.

I didn't see anything wrong with it. Maybe a little old timer but he spoke some truth without being overly judge mental.

That wasn't a news report, it was an editorial...which is meant to provide opinion.

I see nothing wrong with what he said, and find it hard to see why people are coming down on him. He said what people have been whining about on here for weeks, and he did it with a lot more civility than most people on here would.

The U my arse. Save that garbage. This team hasn't had incident in 3 seasons. These are 19 year old kids and ultimately they will make poor choices at some point. The major difference between LSU and the U is disciplinary action is still present at LSU. At the U, the phrase "sweep it under the rug" was consistently present. Isn't this the hack that goes on that other old hack's show on 1210 AM. Buddy Songy and Friends suck and are hard to listen to.

This guy officially gets my vote as worst in Baton Rouge. He is an absolute joke when it comes to the news and the fact that he is still allowed to cover LSU atheltics confuses the hell out of me.

No shite. But he is a reporter. He needs to stick to what he is somewhat decent at.

This is the third time in a year he's made attempts to editorialize his work/product. Its getting old.

What a freaking tool. This guy is supposed to be a journalist rather than a homer jock sniffer. How does he still have a job?

Over under on the number of players that actually read it? I put the number at .5

Once again, he is a broadcast reporter, not columnist or anaylst.

Big difference there.

I don't have a problem with the points he makes, I just am surprised he would admit he is an LSU homer.

A lot of people who follow teams for a long time I'm sure deep down in side will root for them, but that doesn't mean you have to openly state it. That's called bias and unethical....
