Just checking in for the first time today... can’t believe Jacoby is still around at 192..
I know he had a rough season but sh*t. I figured someone would jump on his versatility running a 4.5 by now

Honestly it was well known around the program that jacoby stevens was a complete pain in the arse to the coaching staff. Wish him a great career but reviving the program is going to entail locker room personalities like stevens to take a hike
ETA: bring on the rain of downvotes but I say that as someone who didn’t even vote for trump. It’s just a fact he gave the staff fits last season

Whatever anyone thinks about Jacoby, I'll always remember this quote after he recovered the fumble at the end of the Ole Miss game to secure the W and finish the year with a huge positive:
"I can always point back to this and say 'hey, I didn't quit. You don't have an excuse to quit.' "
And the dude made a lot of huge plays at LSU throughout his career. He won the SEC Defensive Player of the Week Award 3 times in 2019. He was big for LSU in 2019.

Guy could easily be a Hybrid linebacker taking backs and tightends... he was always strong around the line of scrimmage.

Stevens isn’t athletically gifted nor does he do anything well
