Zimmerman went to follow Martin and lost him in the heavy rain, it is on his way back to his vehicle that Martin approached Zimmerman and proceeded to bang his head against the concrete.
The problem with this is that Zimmerman was told REPEATEDLY NOT TO FOLLOW by the 911 operator. Yet he CHOSE to do so and his recorded statement saying "they always get away". If ZIMMERMAN follows the advice of the 911 operator and wait for law enforcement there's a good fricking chance Trayvon Martin is alive today.

However, as discussed later in this report, those witness accounts could not be relied upon in a
prosecution because credible witness accounts and physical and forensic evidence, i.e. Brown’s
DNA inside the SUV and on Wilson’s shirt collar and the bullet trajectory and close-range
gunshot wound to Brown’s hand, establish that Brown’s arms and/or torso were inside the SUV.
There is no doubt there was a struggle between Wilson and Brown inside his unit. BUT, once Brown disengaged, Wilson did not shoot him at that time. The question is, Why didn't Wilson shoot Brown AT THAT MOMENT?
quote:
Given the totality of the circumstances – that the officers had been fighting with Sterling and had attempted less-than-lethal methods of control; that they knew Sterling had a weapon; that Sterling had reportedly brandished a gun at another person; and that Sterling was much larger and stronger than either officer – the Department cannot prove either that the shots were unconstitutional or that they were willful. Moreover, two different, independent experts opined that this shooting was not unreasonable given the circumstances.
Let's see. VIDEO footage shows the 1st officer on the scene calmly talking to Alton Sterling, Sterling is being compliant with the 1st officer, here comes the 2nd officer who immediately jumps out of his unit, runs over to where Sterling and the 1st officer are talking, draws his weapon, puts it against the temple of Sterling and says, I will blow your fricking head off. THAT'S when the struggle begins. Now this is a cop whose had a litany of complaints against him from the community, but since BOTH his PARENTS were High Ranking officials in the Department, those complaints fell on deaf ears. Again, even the Training Officer made a recommendation that he would one day kill someone because of his emotional inbalance.

The knee restraint IS LEGAL and is in the Minneapolis use-of-force policy.

Just because something is LEGAL, doesn't mean you get to use EXCESSIVE FORCE, especially when you have 3 other damn officers present with you.

How does a Jacoby Stevens appreciation thread turn into this shite show?

Why are you and others constantly spewing BS about Marxism? No politician in the US is anywhere close to being a Marxist. Bernie is pretty much the only one that would even be considered left in Western Europe. We have center and right in US.

JaCoby is a great kid. I hope he blows up in Pelini’s defense and ends up a top 10-15 pick

Correct. The modern left in America are Maoists.
Most are retarded though and think they are centrist..

Welcome to Tigerdroppings, where we can’t even appreciate good players and even better men without having political BS flood the board. You should all be moreso ashamed that Jacoby, who might be 21-22 at most, handled this discussion with so much more class then I’ve read on this board. I stand with Jacoby, I think him and the rest of the team handled this with class and more discussions like that with higher administration can only be good for both parties. Since when did having discussion on politics become so frowned upon that we aren’t able to see both sides even if we disagree on the core issue at heart?

Just give the man 7 or 18 already, sheesh.

Politics don't belong in the locker room or football field. Coaches shouldn't have to come out and make statements on where they stand. On a team of any kind you are trying to get everybody pulling in the same direction and have a sense of unity. All talking politics does is divide people.

jesus y'all are so wrong. There is nothing marxist, maoist, stalinist, communist, etc. about pretty much any US politician.

Jacoby is an interesting and curious guy. He’s hard not to like.Hopefully he goes beyond the vapid Leftist sloganeering and educates himself on the absolute irrational dead end Collective Race Guilt is and how Marxism always leads to social chaos, poverty, violence and murder. 100,000,000 dead to Leftist Utopian social tinkering in the 20th century and nobody knows a single name.
Seriously? Marxism has been and is the threat to African Americans, not racism? It was Marxist’s who enslaved, terrorized, lynched, castrated, raped, murdered, vilified, Jim Crowed, and discriminated against African Americans? Who knew? And when did demands for equality and equal justice under the law become Marxism? Wouldn’t that be simply demanding America be what it has always proclaimed itself to be to the world?
Millions of African Americans and Africans have suffered poverty, violence and murder as a result of racism. Multimillions have died as a result of racism and white supremacy. Multimillions! Excuse most African Americans who see racism as a bigger threat than Marxism. It’s like telling a man on fire that cancer is a threat that kills. Makes sense to you who are not on fire.

Lolololol.
When you are such a chin-drooling Marxist dweeb-weenie that you recite the middle school level Marxist critique of black race consciousness and “ AmeriKKKa” and not even be self-aware enough to realize it...
Now tell us about “ the patriarchal oppression “ of women, Lolololol.
