He stroked that. 700 is typical for collegiate national super heavy weights. But he did that pretty easy.

We here in Alexandria know his accomplishments well. He has done close to 800 in practice. Immensely strong.

Yeah you right, and given it single ply he looks really explosive... that’s no gym lift that’s hip crease below top of knee in USAPL... strong young man...

At one time ASH was a powerlifting machine cranking kids out...Duane Urbina had a lot to do with that, still does...

I was a squirrelly dude there, but regular PE had us lifting so much I left squatting 550...deadlift was only 315
My bench never cracked 185 until 5 years later, though...
