I’m right there with you. I was tempering expectations after Grambling because.. well.. Grambling.

But man he looks special. I think tRant will need to be patient because he is a freshman and it’s going to take him time to learn everything - so I suspect he won’t immediately be our #1 RB like people so often expect.

But once he steps into that role.. watch out.

I think he’s already moved up the depth chart. Once he really nails down protection packages and etc…he will be right there competing with Diggs.

Agreed.

Like I said at the beginning of the year it should be Diggs, williams, and jackson.

No doubt. I just don’t know how long that will take. It could be next week but it could also be next year. Just pointing out that those things do play a pretty important part, regardless of his obvious abilities with the ball.

That one play showed it all. Juke at the Line, Stiff Arm at the second level & a Truck Stick to end the run.
