I am with you! I couldn't agree more, the only place there may be a bigger collection of idiots than this website right now is Washington dc.

I'm going to be honest and say I'm smarter than about 95% of tiger fans because most are just full of shite and have very little perspective when it comes to football...I don't think you should stereotype though...
My complaint isn't so much about the QBs but the system they're trying to execute with them.

kid...here is what i know. I am far more educated than you. Secondly, once upon a time I thought i knew it all too....but the older i get (i'm 43) the more i realize how little i actually knew. Hopefully you will get to that point one day....if you don't, then i feel bad for you because that means you never gained wisdom.

What is sad is alot of them are not kids. Just a bunch of meauxrons.

yes, i agree with that. While the vast majority on this site are kids, there are still plenty of older guys that just never gained the wisdom and intellectual ability to reason. It's funny, but earlier in the year when florida was struggling, a lot of these kids were on here saying that they had full confidence in meyer to "coach" their kids up, but that miles was such a bufoon that he couldn't. Well, how did that work out? LSU has one loss. The sky isn't falling. If they win out they will be easy top 5 in the nation and a great bowl game. If they don't win out, which is the more likely scenario, and just lose one game to arkansas, then they are still very likely to be in a BCS game and ranked in the top 10 going into the bowl game. But, to a lot of these kids, that is mediocre. In they last couple years, they have watched powers such as USC, Oklahoma, Texas and Florida implode, yet they still just can't understand it. Wisdom baby.

I'm going to say that most fan would be happy with 7-1 every year, but when you look so bad getting there and the problems from game 1 get you the loss in game 8 that's what is frustrating people. Auburn was definitely the better team, but we by NO means played to our potential on defense. On offense, well, that's just something we all have to find a way to live with until we have a real QB.

what about me??? I am no longer a college kid, but I am young. I have been bitching for the past 3 years about our lack of discipline, preparedness, and offensive progression. And in those 3 years, the only defense that the Miles lovers have been able to come up with, is his record! Yet, they have ignored his poor time management, until this year anyway...which by the way has been occuring since the UT game in 2005, but the MILES lovers are just starting to bring it up. They ignore his decision to continue to start JJ though he continue to regress every game...They ignore his anemic offense...and the list goes on. All they can show me are stats! Well, what about these stats? LSU offense - 100th in nation, passing yardage - 113th in nation, and points for - 75th in nation!!! BRUTAL! So, what category am I in SLAPDICK???

It is going to be tough to beat arkansas unless JJ gets hurt between now and then.

JJ cannot lead lead our team in terms of scoring points. LM is going to continue to play him. We cannot score enough points with JJ to beat arky (imo) as he simply can't comprehend crowtons offensive approach. You look at it, JJ led us to the 112th ranked offense last year, and we are 100th this year
Don't look now, but you are bashing the team. You are a hypocrite.

Answer this....Why does Les Miles keep wearing that ridiculous windbreaker jacket in warm humid weather? That's just stupid & wrong, and I'll fight anybody that thinks differently.
I concur...You give our current QB's another couple of years in the system, and watch out boy.

not at all bashing the team, or even JJ. If you think JJ should be the qb that is your opinion. I pull for lsu regardless who the qb is in there. Unlike most on here, I don't have the answers. I do realize 7-1 is pretty damn good and the door is open still for a great season. I don't know if JL is the answer. I do know that JJ is not the answer. forgive me for using the only measuring stick out there to rank our head coach, which is ultimately wins and losses. I don't care HOW he got there, it says a lot he HAS gotten there while the majority of other coaches in the nation have not. Don't give me this crap that LSU is loaded with talent etc. Do you not think Texas is? florida? Georgia? USC? Oklahoma? Ohio State? By the same token, the JJ led offense was 112th in the nation last year, and 100th this year. As an offense, that is the stat used to measure them. Crowton is likely part of the problem as well, and that will soon be fixed....but JJ has proven he can't get it done, time and time again. What we do know is that from the time JL has played this year, he has proven that he can get it done.

oh yeah, i am bashing the hell out of miles and co. on here. Geez. I'm not sunshine pumper or an unrealistic basher. I don't always agree with what miles does, but one thing i do know, the guy has an incredible record at lsu, and that speaks volumes for me. forgive me for not saying jj is a great qb. If you call pointing out an opinion where the facts/stats actually back up the opinion, so be it. Me personally, I wish the magic light would come on for JJ and he would suddenly start playing incredible football. Unfortunately, unlike the record at lsu that indicates miles is in fact getting the job done, the data on jj reflects that he is failing largely.

Alright. Up front, I'm no kid (65) but you cannot convince me you're happy with the way we've played this season. Yes, I know, 7-1 is great but, damn, look how we got here. And when you do, don't tell me the warning signs aren't all over the freakin' place. I see the same weak O-line at Auburn that I saw at UNC. I saw the same poor QB play at Auburn I saw at UNC. If you're happy with the way we've played this season, then you'll probably be ecstatic in two weeks.

I've been watching lsu games for the past 20 years from the stands as an alumni. I've seen the good and the bad. You people are absurd. We lost a tough ballgame to a guy that is a freak of nature running the ball.
Well, since we're playing this game, I've been watching LSU games for the past 40 years and say LSU lost a game they should've won, not because of a "freak of nature running the ball," but because of a freakishly incompetent offensive coaching staff and a quarterback would wouldn't even start for Southern University. LSU wins this game going away with a MEDIOCRE offense. Heck, we were in the ballgame until the very end with the abysmal offense we now have.

BUT WE ARE 7-1!!!! I hate hearing that! That is the only defense the Miles lovers can come up with. A retarded stat! Hell, even Miles used to say it in his post game conferences when basically being asked about his sucky offense...We are 4-0, we are 5-0 C-ya, we are 6-0, we are 7-0...notice he didn't say this time, We are 7-1...C ya! Thats all the Miles lovers care about! They ignore the anemic offense, the poor clock management that has been occuring since UT in 2005, and the lack of preparation and discipline of our players!
But, what the frick do I know??? I'm just a young kid who apparently sucks at life b/c I went to college to make a better life for myself. Hmmmmm...kinda ironic
