I’m not the governor. But what I do know about shite like this… you don’t make a splash this big by firing your AD without having his replacement already in the bag.

Right? Please tell me I’m right.

Maybe. The LSU AD job is a coveted job, and firing your AD seems like a thing that would generate interest regardless. If the power brokers behind the scenes already had this play in mind, they may have had Josh in the bag already.

Jeff Landy's idiocy may have sped up the timetable, or he may have gotten wind of it and just decided to take advantage of what he knew was coming.

Landry precipitated all this drama, and it has me a little concerned. Not because I think he will be pulling the strings, but because a lot of people don't realize he may not be.

There are power brokers who have as much sway as Landry, many with sway where Landry is concerned as well. But the optics muddy the water.

Could you people just stop with these shitty comments.
Whether they're true or not, it's getting old.

My comments are the things that are getting old? Not the crushing, ever-present malaise and dysfunction? Not the low-budget small town carnival orgy of madness wrapped in sweating boudin skin?

To be fair, this new dysfunction is gloriously polished and shiny. May we put it as a hood ornament on our brand new Hyundai. Thanks, Carmax.
