Deer/pig hunt
Greensburg, LA
51F, clear skies with 5 mph NE winds
Mission xbow, 20” bolt with 100 gr slick trick
Turkey chair on south end of oil seed radish plot (top of highest hill on the place). Dry as a powder house fart but radish greens along with summer weeds are still green. Camera on this plot has a boar hog showing up every other morning and does every night. If the hog keeps his schedule, I’ll shoot within the next hour. Good luck to all out today.

Just had a little 6pt cruise through. He didn’t really cross my lane but he’d have gotten a pass regardless. Healthy deer though. Probably 170lbs.

I had a deer in the cutover behind me (downwind)blowing at me around 8. Only living thing besides myself and a Cooper’s hawk so far.
