Specialized speed coaches reversing the damage he's done over 3-5 years that quick. #sjw

no

White was running amazing 40s in high school

LSU hasn't really had many freaks or blazers (at the 40) while Moffit has run our S/C programming

but that pales in comparison to our shitty bench press history

You must have the God-given potential to run this fast in the first place. But leg strength goes a long way. So yea, Moffitt can be considered partially responsible. A lot of people don't realize how important leg strength is in vertical jumping is either.

Coach gave both Greedy and Devin running tips before they left for the combine according to a spokesman.

Everyone was killing Moffitt when Brossette did the bench 15 times, yet Damien Harris did 16 reps and Isaiah Buggs was the weakest DL at 20. Guess Bama’s slacking too!

No but Mofitt is responsible for the lack of dominance in the trenches especially late in the season.

Remember getting man handled by Arkansas 2 years in a row? So embarrassing.

No, he is responsible for our O and D lines getting manhandled by Bama for the last decade.

You mean battles 4.6 speed? Or brossettes 4.6 speed? Speed is something you have. Trainers may be able to shave off a few tenth s of a second, that's about it.

You are born with speed.

You recruit speed.

It can be lost if you don’t work out and stay fit, but you don’t gain much.

Vernon Davis just said speed can’t be taught on first take. It’s god given. You can fine tune your first few steps in the 40 with any coach, but the rest is all god given.

It's good to see the results of Moffitt altering his program to help these players evolve with the game. They are strong, but still fast and agile. I don't believe he was on the cutting edge of the evolution, but he is back among the elites again.

Uh no? Have you not watched LSU get dominated in the trenches the last few years?

You believe that's on Moffitt?

I believe that's on various aspects.
