Texas doesn’t belong either. Their students and fans just do not give me that SEC vibe. Feels like Cal, Washington, UNC. Etc. Austin doesn’t feel like an SEC town. It feels like a city that has an SEC school in it. Like Vandy. That’s the only SEC school I see similar to Texas.
Oklahoma feels like an SEC school. They’re like another Arkansas or South Carolina. But with a richer history. They live and breathe CFB. It’s the main event in town and people talk it 365. Students and fans give off that vibe.
Mizzou, A&M and Texas just don’t fit in IMO. FSU and Clemson are more natural fits over Texas and A&M.
