What happens if there are power outages in Orlando?

If I'm Scott Woodward, I'd have a plan in place to move it to Tiger Stadium. Talahassee is in the hurricane cone as well...pull a Jeremy Foley, Scott!!!!

Can we stop trying to switch every game to Tiger Stadium?

Is it up to them? If the game can't be played in Orlando(I think it will be fine) and the only other option is Baton Rouge can FSU say no? Make them take the L if so

I don't have a problem with the game staying in Orlando, but with Idalia continuing to increase strength, it's a good idea to be prepared. At least have a contingency plan in place.

Contingency is to cancel the game. It’s a non conference game.

You think television (who is paying big bucks to broadcast this) is going to go along with a cancellation?

Orlando is well inland and the storm is going through four days before the game. What a stupid thread.

It’s gonna be fine. Even if it rains a lot and gets windy in Orlando, it’ll be gone by Wednesday evening. That’s a whole 90 hours before kickoff.

Why do people think LSU runs everything when it comes to how and when games are played?

There are two teams, a major corporate sponsor, and a major broadcasting network involved in this. LSU is just one voice in the room.

The contingency plan is to cancel the game. Pretty simple. Do you honestly think they have discussed no plans though?

As I said earlier, television has a say.

Another issue, will there be enough support staff a available to have the game in Orlando due to having hurricane recovery support missions in other parts of the state. Remember, that was Jeremy Foley's excuse not to have the game in Gainsville.

No contingency discussions wouldn't surprise me at all...

This type of shite is never as simple as you dumb fricks on tigerdroppings try to make it seem

Let the professionals handle this. Go check out the hot mom or hurricane thread on the OT.
