I know your logical thought process is limited to things like "owning the libs" and "frick those woke sissies", but Mike not being in the stadium any more has nothing to do with PETA and everything to do with wanting to be recognized as a legit tiger sanctuary.

Being labeled as a tiger sanctuary does nothing for me and only serves to appease the peta types.

Giving that cat a ride around the stadium will be the experience of its life AND enhances my gameday experience.

Sounds like you are fine with cats being sold into truck stop level cages.

If LSU buys a cat off the black market it’s saving that cat from a far worse fate.

Rescue cats like they are getting now are living in great conditions.

Why do you hate animals and want them sold into decrepit conditions?

Don't take this personally, but frick what you want.

Well this is idiotic, but in your defense, you're a fricking idiot.

Again, frick what you want.

This is definitely an issue. The black market is not good.
We don’t want to encourage it but somehow maybe work towards a special goal.

And only encourages it more! Methinks you've never been taught to think outside the box. Tunnel vision I think it is called.

Ah yes because there is an ease of increasing the tiger supply

One tiger saved from a lifetime of suffering is not going to encourage mass supply of tigers on the black market.

Get a grip on reality.

This needs to be part of the equation there is no doubt.
We don’t want to make things worse doing something like this.
It needs to be special.

Exactly. Hell issue a statement of not condoning blackmarket sales but we are looking to provide the tiger a better life while simultaneously putting the blame on the sanctuary’s for blackballing us for giving the tiger a little bit of fun for once.

Don’t apologize. Put the blame on the sanctuaries trying to dictate our business.

Until I get more info this conversation is really done.
I will say one thing stop with all these stupid political undertones.
This is not MAGA vs BIDEN in November.
This is not want I want and not what I am about.
This is about exploring this concept.

Exactly, and some might say that becomes a shorter leash than the other.

No unfortunately. However I don't understand why we don't do the next best thing -which is to blare a real tiger roar through the stadium sound system like we did during the 2000 season.

If you watch a YouTube video of any 2000 season game highlights, for example - the OT win over Tennessee - you will hear the tiger roar after LSU scores.

Not sure why they discontinued that. Only thing I can figure is that it scared kids ?
