I didn’t get to watch game one, I caught game two and three. Oral Robert’s seemed like a decent team to me. Hate the way today’s game got away from us, sure hope they can build on it.

They are decent. They make the tournament nearly every year. Their record is a little skewed because they played 7 games in 7 days. That said, LSU should have swept them.

They aren't that good. Stony Brook made it to Omaha and Coastal Carolina won the national championship.

No one really knows. My guess is they are much better than the rant is giving them credit for. Historically they are not a bad program

The team quality is being overlooked because it would interfere with the annual onslaught of PM bashing.

They have a real shot to be a decent team and make the NCAA tourney but that still doesn’t mean it is ok that they beat LSU 2 out of 3 games in Baton Rouge.

Yes. They make a regional most years and they are competitive. I sat through Friday's game and while a lot of the damage was self inflicted, ORU made some outstanding plays and had the timely hits.

Nobody wants to hear "that's baseball", but it's true. That said, LSU has some work to do. I lost count of the hit batsmen and walks on Friday and you have to be able to adjust to those types of teams who are patient at the plate and opportunistic. You can't always win on talent and the three run homer.

There are many many teams, even JUCOs, that can have some hot hitting days against SEC pitching. However, the main difference between those teams and good SEC teams is consistency of hitting and pitching. LSU should never score 1 run against a team like zoral Roberts. Oral Roberts wouldve smashed any team in the country on Friday, and then we killed them Saturday, and we only gave up 1 earned run in the 3rd game.

Is there a chance that you will ever learn how to use punctuation correctly?

According to the experts of Tiger rant , LSU should never lose a game let alone a series to any team that isn’t ranked in the top 10. We suck and PM is running our program into the ground.

Did I do that right?

This place would still melt if they lost a series to a top 10 team just a little less melty.

It doesn't help that game 1 was a historic loss and the series loss was to a previously 2-6 team. Very few excuses on the board this week.

This is a sports forum not a grammar forum.

But, if it makes you feel superior by pointing out some minor grammatical errors go for it....

If we being honest I have more of an issue with game 3 than game 1. Game 1 can easily be chalked up as a fluke where your 1st round draft pick starter gives up 8 runs in the first and then you battle back to get it within one and you gives up 11 runs in an inning. Neither one of those two things will happen again this year I am willing to put money on that.

Game 3 you just played terribly as a team. On Sundays you should win every game that your pitching only gives up 3 runs.
