Is post-season baseball the best of all the LSU sports?

Multiple games per week so a lot to look forward to. Long games. Plenty of pauses within the games that ups the drama. Plenty of time to drink and be nervous. Post season isn’t nearly as predictable as football.

Bowl season is great, but now it’s dominated by four teams. When LSU is in a big bowl/playoff it’s a three week to month layoff with a 4 hour game that goes by in the blink of an eye.

March madness is kickass but that has a lot to do with a million games going on at the same time. Will Wade is a gangster though. #bewareofpear

My vote goes to baseball. Am I the only one?

Anything can happen. And when it does, people will say that's baseball.

Each sport has it's appeal. Is baseball better than football, or basketball? That depends on your preference.

I would think, for a Bama fan, bowl season is pretty damn good, objectively speaking. For a UCLA fan in the 60's, basketball was the pinnacle.

In the early 2000's, we'd already witnessed the majority of LSU's baseball dominance, and there were lots of fans that said college baseball was a funner experience than bowl season. Then, we had 2003, Saban's title team. We weren't a preseason favorite, we weren't expected to win the SEC West (contend, yes); we weren't expected to win in Atlanta, we weren't expected to win the Sugar Bowl.
I'd say the buildup that year, and the finish, was more exhilarating and memorable than the baseball titles. The layoff was the period of anticipation to build- dare we hope?

It’s up there… doesn’t hurt that we’re the best at it but a lot of other fan bases feel like they can win as well

Regional weekend is one of the best weekends in sports. Especially when LSU would play the 1/4 game on Friday afternoon. That was my favorite game of the year.

Nothing tops a football postseason run. 2019 was amazing first the SEC championship then semifinals and the national championship game.

I know one thing, going to the CWS )2017) was more fun than the three national championships I’ve been to (2007, 2011, 2019)

Obviously when we won in football it was amazing, but the atmosphere and how many games there are in the baseball postseason tops it imo
