Let's see:
National Championship
Undefeated Season
Possibly the greatest single year of any team.

Maybe you can answer your own question.

Who brought in Burrow and Brady? Ultimately isn't that the job of a HC? To find the best talent and bring it in. I'd say he did a good job.

Okay coach, that had an all time great season.

So I guess that evens out to being a good coach

He did well bringing in Brady, although multiple other hires he’s made have proven questionable. As for Burrow, it’s well documented Bill Busch made that happen. He doesn’t even come down here to visit if not for Busch

Incorrect. Joe Burrow has said on numerous occasions the reason he ended up here was because of Orgeron. He even made a specific point of emphasizing this fact during his Heisman trophy acceptance speech.

He’s as good as his coordinations. He’s a very good recruiter and motivator

If you ever go 15-0 as a head coach, you get a pass for anything you do afterward.

At the moment the jury is out. He deserves the opportunity to turn things around. However, based on many of his own comments, the question is legitimate. Starting with...this defense is better than last years defense.
