The truth is his real estate agent and closing attorney told him it could take up to 90 days to close on the home purchase and he backed out because he wasn’t sure if he would still be employed at that point.

He mainly lives in Mandeville. It is a quick drive for someone who can get out of a speeding ticket. Quicker than getting to White Oak Landing or wherever.
