Bama has dominated LSU on both sides of the line of scrimmage. Certainly did last year.

will LSU’s offensive line be the group to blame if LSU loses in Tuscaloosa this year?

I don't know about assigning blame to anyone, but I do believe the O/L holds the key to a win over Bama. Nothing complex here.....if the O/L can give Joe the time, and given our stable of great receivers, LSU will move the chains. Also, I'm expecting another great game from CEH. IMO he will play a big part in protecting Joe. One tuff guy this CEH.

I'm thinking the first half will be a defensive slugfest....like maybe a 7 - 7 tie (yep I believe the defense will ball). Then the LSU coaching staff makes changes at halftime. Then on the heels of some amazing catches by our receivers (AND tight end) LSU pulls away late in the fourth quarter. Got to make those third and long situations....and avoid red zone fails. But those guys on the O/L have to win the battle in the trenches, create gaps in the D/L for CEH to exploit.

LSUNation wants this one........but not as much as this Tigah football team.

Bama doesn't have anybody close to what Quinnen Williams did to interior line last year, that's where the game was lost. This year, the best dl/edge guy is Terrell Lewis. I'd just make sure Thad Moss is lined up wherever he is to confirm chip to give the tackle some help.

This might be the softest Bama front lsu has gone against probably since ‘08. I hope our O-line embraces the moment and blows their Gump asses off the ball.

Bama is behind LSU in sacks and way behind in rushing ypg allowed, and LSU hasn’t been great at rushing the passer. If they whip LSU’s oline, it will be out of character for them this season.

If they held up against Auburn then they are ready. Burrow just gets the ball out faster than the D can get to him.
