The SECN panders to the areas where most of their viewers live...and that is not Louisiana.

I wish LSU would contract another network so they can have equal exposure like those other SEC schools. Would make for a more equality in recruiting. But stay in the SEC. I don't think the league would mind, don't you think?

Yeah like Starkville, Auburn, and Fayetteville.

Try again!

Let em look us over, i think with this recruiting class and the possibility of D white returning (Even if he doesnt) we will be a force next year.

Dline losses will hurt once again still don't think Ed is even close to fixing this.

need better play on the Oline. I like the guys we brought in there, but they shouldn't all be expected to start or even play next season. So we are stuck with guys that underwhelmed last season or didn't even play over those underwhelming guys.

LSU was shown at No. 6 in the country before they showed the sec west minus auburn and lsu. When Dari said he loved the payback about our coach being dumped with Gatorade as payback for Kentucky and burst into laughter, that sealed his hate for LSU.

Most coaches would kill for Coach miles offenses while he was at LSU !

Watching the SEC Now program , all they are talking about is Georgia, Tennessee, Florida,Bama, and Texas A&M. We are not even mentioned. I thought we had a top 19 recruiting class. These guys just don’t like us.

I wasted my time watching this in order to get an outside view of this year's recruiting. I also noticed that they did not address LSU.

They focused upon the new coaches and how well the bottom of the league (Miss, Miss St, Arkansas) did. They would have needed the whole hour to address all of the teams in reasonable depth. But they also covered basketball in depth, they just over edited their presentation and cut out LSU since we usually do well in recruiting.

They also rely upon the ESPN recruiting services which have been decimated. I don't think they updated their player evaluations much this year. I think the 247 composite rankings are the most reasonable given that none of the individual rankings are particularly accurate.

The SEC network has always been that way. They treat LSU like we’re arkansas, miss state and Missouri. Little to no attention. IMO the Big6 plus A&M should be the main programs getting all the attention.

Actually, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Missouri and Miss St received a great deal of attention during the show. I think they thought 1 and 2 win teams getting top 20 recruiting classes was more interesting than LSU. I disagree, but I am not impartial.

As far as I know we get to keep the recruits whether ESPN discusses it or not.

This is nothing new. I remember a call-in talk forum back in 2001-02 from Shreveport, called "Conference Call". Their interest was primarily on those teams, as well as Auburn, S. Carolina, Miss. St., etc. LSU was summarily ignored, and this was out of Shreveport

Shut up, stop lying...

Hell I remember when you could barely find a line or score from the LSU game in the News Star World in Monroe.

And that's no lie.

So, you believe freshmen and sophomores don't improve throughout their careers.
Novel theory. Why pay those coaches? Hmmm
